My Career

I have spent the past twelve years building a career in publishing, with roles ranging from proofreading coordinator to copyeditor to magazine editor. Since February 2023, I’ve been working as a freelancer copyeditor, proofreader, and writer through my single-member LLC, Green Cheek Editing LLC.

In addition to my editing career, I’m a fiction writer with an MFA in Writing from Pacific University. My short stories often use fantastical elements to explore themes such as grief and childhood trauma. I have had several short stories published.

I am currently at work on a fantasy novel.
